Staging a home is an integral part of selling a home. Research shows that a staged home will sell in about half the time as a vacant home. When buyers enter a home for the first time they should be warmly welcomed by a clean and uncluttered appearance. Nancy August Interiors has staged many homes which have sold within the first month of listing. Nancy has created a unique service of staging empty homes with furnishings that are actually for sale including lovely furniture, rugs etc. that clients, friends and merchants want to sell. A list of all items for sale is left with the listing realtor who in turn leaves it at the home.
